Compassionate Communication (also known as Nonviolent Communication or NVC)

Compassionate Communication
strengthens our ability to inspire compassion from others and to respond compassionately
to others and ourselves.
Also called "the language of life," Compassionate Communication helps connect us:

  • with what is alive in us and in others in the present moment

  • with what we or others could do to make life more wonderful

  • with an awareness of what gets in the way of our natural giving and receiving

Developed by Marshall Rosenberg, this extraordinary work has been transforming difficult human relationships of all kinds,
between spouses, family members, neighbors, coworkers, as well as communities, cities, and nations in conflict (including
those at war) for over 40 years.
